of oil on the top of your candles or sometimes we might spring a leak on our
compostable refill cups, your candle is still perfect.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm on the same day Monday - Friday and you can expect your order within 2-3 working days. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. 

Next day delivery charges:

Next Day Delivery, orders under £40 - £4.99

Next Day Delivery, orders over £40 – Free

If you would like next day delivery, please place your order before 12pm, Monday – Friday.  Next day delivery not available on orders placed at the weekend.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked service. If you are not going to be home, please use an alternative address in the shipping section to ensure your parcel arrives safely as we cannot be held responsible for orders left outside your property.

During public holidays and busy seasonal times such as Black Friday & Christmas, orders may take slightly longer to be delivered.

We ship to UK destinations including the Channel Isles. Unfortunately, international shipping is not currently available, but we are stocked internationally via Amazon.
