These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred to as "Functional Fragrances", to the buyer hereafter referred to as the "Customer."
These terms and conditions are governed by English Law, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your statutory rights.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are quoted in GBP ex VAT and as per the volume stated. Payment for orders placed via our online order portal will be taken at time of order.
VALUE ADDED TAX
Will apply at the prevailing rate at time of order. Orders via the online portal will show total inc. VAT at Checkout.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are arranged via a reputable parcel carrier. There is no minimum order charge, however for orders under £300 ex VAT there will be a £10 delivery charge. If you are collecting the goods using your own carrier, please advise us.
Delivery discrepancies must be notified to customercare@scentered.com within 48 hours of receipt with evidential proof that goods were missing, incorrect or damaged.

Functional Fragrances takes every care possible to ensure that product descriptions, imagery, awards and all other information is correct at time of publication. However, though every effort is made to ensure such accuracy, Functional Fragrances does not accept responsibility for errors in content.
RETURNS POLICY

PRICES
Prices are quoted in GBP and are quoted as per the volume stated. Contract will be for the stated volume per annum. Any change in quantity may change the prices.
PAYMENT
First order to be paid on a proforma invoice basis and subsequent orders can be set up with a credit account. Thereafter usual terms are net, within 30 days of invoice date, on receipt of satisfactory bank references. The quoted prices are conditional upon strict adherence to these terms.
Credit card payments incur a 2.9% bank fee; BACS payments have no additional charges.
A charge will be applied for componentry purchased for any custom order that is cancelled after order is placed.
Call off for goods against a signed contract can be offered depending on the volume commitment of the product and a rolling call off agreement.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are arranged via a reputable parcel carrier. There is no minimum order charge, however for orders under £300 there will be a £10 delivery charge. If you are collecting the goods using your own carrier, please advise us.
Finished goods to be delivered in an initial single drop of 2,000 units, location to be confirmed. Remaining finished goods to be held for an approximate monthly delivery for call off against a signed master purchase order. Goods can be called off on monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis, minimum 2K per month. All units must be called off within 6 months; any remaining units will be invoiced and delivered to the last drop off location.

ARTWORK
For custom orders being stored for call off, no artwork changes to be made within the agreed contracted volume as we print the master volume and offer flexibility to the customer for rolling stock call off.
Any artwork charges are included in contract terms, and should you wish to revise artwork a separate charge will be applied at the start of a new order call off. Please note we allow for a 5% variance on colours used in our manufacturing procedures.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
For standard Initial drop, please allow 90 - 120 days for delivery into our warehouse following receipt of signed official PO, approval of artwork and any digital pre-production samples you may require.
If a pre-production print sample is required before full manufacturing the lead time will be in addition to the above period. You may consider a courier fee at your own cost direct from source to gain expedited receipt of goods. We can arrange this service in addition to standard terms of delivery.
Receipt of the pro-forma payment and approval of any artwork and any pre-production samples you may require is obligatory before production can proceed.
